Yes, but not immediately. In the state of Texas, after an initial treatment period of 15 days, a referral or signed plan of care from a qualifying practitioner is necessary for continued treatment i.e. MD, DO, PA, FNP, DC, DDS etc.

No. Individuals who are asymptomatic may receive a physical assessment, instructions, and a customized exercise program without a referral.

Concierge physical therapy is rehabilitation/wellness without walls. Unlike traditional and outdated brick and mortar physical therapy practices we have the ability to provide physical therapy where you need it most.
